Airlie Path - Original - by Elizabeth Sheats

Inspired by Wilmington's Airlie Gardens, "Airlie Path" draws the viewer along a sunlit path shaded by sweeping live oak canopies. Airlie is a wonderful balance of wild and groomed grounds and this piece captures both.

Dappled light stretches across the walkway, while vibrant azaleas and lush greenery gather at the edges like a celebration of spring in full bloom. To one side, the water shimmers in rich blues, adding movement and depth to the peaceful rhythm of the scene.
