Refund policy

Return Window
You have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return. 

Eligibility
Items must be in original condition—unused, undamaged, and in original packaging with proof of purchase. Custom or personalized orders are not returnable.

Return Process
1. Email support at hello@elizabethsheats.com within the 30‑day period and explain the reason for return.

2. Pack your item securely (in original packaging if you have it).

3. Ship the package to the address provided.

Return Shipping
Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility, except for defective or incorrect items—then we will provide a prepaid label. 

Refunds & Exchanges
Once received and inspected, we’ll process refunds to your original payment method within 7–10 business days. Damaged or defective orders can be exchanged upon request. 

Non-Returnable Items
Items marked “Final Sale” or “Custom Order” cannot be returned or exchanged.
